WARRANTY: All Notrax® floor mats are guaranteed 100% under normal conditions of use. A full refund or replacement (based on the manufacturer’s discretion) will be made. Buyer has the responsibility to determine the suitability of the product and assumes any liability in connection with such use. Seller shall not be liable for damages in excess of purchase price of product. Warranty does not apply to splicing or seaming of mats. Laminate – top products (including UniFusion™ products) with foam backing are not guaranteed against spike heels or stool legs. Notrax® - Mats for Professional Use guarantees the bond on all Notrax® laminated mats that incorporate the UniFusion™ process for the lifetime of the mat. The bond is guaranteed under normal conditions of use in reasonable dry application environments, or a full refund or replacement mat (based on the manufacturer’s discretion) will be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or replacements. This lifetime warranty protects against delamination or bond failure, and does not cover issues unrelated to the bond such as wear or foam tears.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: All products are manufactured to meet or exceed normal industry standards. Reasonable variations in size and/or color may occur. Tolerances will vary by manufacturing process. For specific information on any given product, contact our customer service department.
All Entrance mats pass Flammability Test DOC-FF-1-70. The only carpeted entrance mats that should be considered for splicing is the #131 Dante™. Mats should never be stored on end. For proper storage, roll mat with top surface to the outside and lay flat in a protected area. Do not stack any materials or other mats on top of a stored mat. When placing a mat into service, be certain that the floor to be covered and the back of the mat are completely free of dirt and debris. Foreign material on the floor or the mat will cause slippage and possible injury. Manufacturer will not be liable for any injuries resulting from failure to follow recommended housekeeping procedures. Frequent cleaning under mats is also required to maintain warranty.

ORDERING: When ordering, specify product number, size, color, quantity and any special instructions required.
MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE: No minimum order required. However, a $5.00 small-order handling charge will be
added to all orders having a net value of $25.00 or less.
FREIGHT TERMS: EXW (ExWorks), -IL, GA or MS (see “Location” shown for each item in distributor price list) - No Freight Allowed. A handling charge will be imposed on all shipments. Any excess fees for transportation, including special handling costs, address correction fees etc., will be charged to the customer.
DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES: All delivered material should be inspected and counted BEFORE accepting shipment. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading before signing for delivery. All claims must be reported to our Customer Care Department in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Claims submitted outside of the required five (5) day notification period will not be accepted and payment for the shipment will be due as invoiced. Third-party or collect freight claims will be the responsibility of the payee of the freight invoice, claims against such shipments will not be considered justification for the non-payment or short payment of the corresponding invoice.
RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION: Factory approval is required prior to product returns. Returns without authorization may be refused. All returns are subject to verification before credit will be issued. Standard stock items in new saleable condition will be accepted for return, freight prepaid subject to a 15% or 20% (depending on product) restocking charge. Custom sizes, cut lengths or special ordered products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Return shipments must be made to the correct plant as noted on the return goods authorization. Failure to do so will incur a transportation fee deducted from the credit.
