At Notrax®, we pride ourselves on our ability to be highly creative and cost-effective. Our engineers have designed and built several in-house processes and equipment for improved efficiencies and production flexibility. Our on-site staff including engineers, chemists, and quality control personnel gives us everything we need to design, build, test, and ship your products on-time, every time.
At our manufacturing facility in Calhoun, Georgia, we have the ability to custom tuft yarn up to 12’ wide goods for a variety of loop or cut pile designs. We can also take previously tufted top surface that you provide and apply vinyl backing material. In addition, we manufacture vinyl sheet in a wide range of thicknesses for a variety of uses.
Our Chicago, Illinois, manufacturing plant houses a fully integrated rubber mixing and manufacturing operation. In-house chemists formulate general to very specific rubber compounds, then mix and analyze them in our very own on-site testing lab. Our in-house mixing operation allows us to produce rubber in sheets and rolls in varying widths and thicknesses. A variety of rubber molding equipment allows us to mold rubber in the most efficient manner for any given project. We also utilize CNC equipment to finish a variety of rubber products.
In our Moselle, Mississippi, manufacturing plant, we have four injection molding presses that range in size from 300 to 400 Ton. We can produce parts ranging from 10 ounces to 65 ounces and commonly run components that are 12” square and have a 1” depth with varying cross-sections. We focus primarily on components made from flexible PVC, but we have the ability to run other types of materials such as polypropylene. In addition, we have the necessary equipment to support the injection molding efforts in the form of Hot Runner Controllers, Chillers, Forklifts, etc. To ensure your mold will produce the best parts possible, every time, minor mold repairs can be made in our on-site machine shop. We also offer light industrial assembly capabilities. Finished parts can be packaged with bar code labels and shipped directly to your distribution centers.
Whether you are developing a new product or simply augmenting your manufacturing capabilities, Notrax's equipment, processes, and people make us an easy choice to provide you with products you require from a manufacturer.
