Chicago, Illinois – Notrax® Mats for Professional Use is pleased to introduce our new heavy-duty, anti-fatigue mat, the Slabmat Carré.
The 040 Slabmat Carré is designed for dry areas where heavy industrial equipment is temporarily stored or impact protection is needed. This unique product is made from dense, heavy duty natural rubber and is virtually indestructible! It is suitable for numerous applications such as gyms, weight rooms, skating rinks, golf courses, trailers and stables. However, it’s unique yellow safety ramping system makes it ideal for dry industrial environments as well.
The textured top surface provides traction, limiting slip hazards and ensuring sure footing and freedom of movement. At 1/2″ thick the Slabmat Carré is both ergonomic and durable. Units of 3ft x 3ft tiles can be easily laid out from wall to wall or as islands, in any shape or direction.
Beveled edging makes this product unique to the marketplace. The male and female Slabmat Carré Safety Ramps create a smart safety beveling solution that minimizes trip hazards. They come in 3ft increments and are available in black and yellow.
“We have been on a journey to find the ideal floor mat for our site for many months. We need a combination of safety (beveled edges), extreme durability, and slip resistance, stated Brian Evans of the Business Development team at Checkers Safety Group. “Our applications regularly encounter 50-80lb tooling impacts which has been the demise of all our previous mat choices. Additionally, our current solution has no safety edge and presents a significant trip hazard. The Slabmat Carré works for us.”
